Highly recommeded My experience yesterday was wonderful. Amber and Brittany (along with everyone else) were fantastic with my daughters. Dr. Mike was wonderful. They took time with me to discuss the "report card" with me and my kids actually cooperated, which is more than I can say for their previous dental appointments. I felt like they finally got the care they needed!!!!! So happy and satisfied!!!!!!
Great visit! Everyone at Lake Jeanette Orthodontics is helpful, courteous and friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant, always making my daughter feel at ease and never nervous or anxious.
Consistently good care. Consistently kind. Dr. Mike's practice runs like a well-oiled machine. I feel good about the care delivered and the recommendations made. Dr. Mike took extra time to educate me around a particular issue - even drew a picture so I could explain things to my spouse later. He recommended a device in the next year. While there, the business manager came in, introduced herself and told me what my expected cost would be out of pocket so that if I chose this route, I could plan ahead. Love this place.
Parent Best pediatric dental care in NC!
My son LOVES this office!! My son was seen today for his 6 month cleaning and check up. He has been telling everyone how much he enjoyed his visit to the dentist and bragging on Ms. Brittany, Ms. Amber, and Dr. Andrews! Thank you so much ladies for all your kindness - its because of you, my child looks forward to coming to the dentist!!! Best office and staff ever!!!
Phenomenal Practice My 5 year old, nor I, could be more pleased with her first visit to Lake Jeanette Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry! The dental expertise, customer service and ambiance (would you ever imagine that term applying to a visit to the dentist!?!), far exceeded our expectations. My daughter asked if she could stay longer, to have her teeth cleaned again and play more!
Happy Child! Really appreciate the time and effort they take to ease the anxiety my daughter has when going to the dentist. They show so much compassion towards their patients. My daughter now thinks it's fun to go. That makes this mom happy!!
