Very different experience The main reason I initially decided to come here was Dr.Ignelzi's unique expertise. However, I can tell now that the entire staff is way above the average level of professionalism and the customer service support always exceeds my expectations (usually very high:).

Open wide! I cannot express enough how great of a first experience at a dentist my two year old had. From beginning to end the staff was exceptional. Our son felt comfortable and confident with having his teeth looked at and cleaned. I am so thankful for finding this caring and knowledgeable practice.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and child friendly!!! Amy took great care to show my grandson just how to brush to work on his gums and explained that plaque that needed to be scraped off was because he was not brushing enough. It was kind and done in an explanatory manner. Holly was with my other wiggling grandson and was quick, but thorough keeping him occupied as she worked. We love Dr. Mike and his staff.

It's worth the drive. We have to drive at least 30 mins to Lake Jeanette Orthodontics & Dentistry, funny thing is we pass 6 Dentist offices to get there & it's worth it. You know it is a great place if the kids actually want to go to the dentist.
Recent Visit to Lake Jeanette Orthodontics As always our we had a wonderful experience at Lake Jeanette Ortho. There was even a note on my daughter's chart reminding the staff that we were overlooked during our last visit; and not to make us wait this time. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.
