A highlight of my daughter's day! For the 6 years that we've gone, the staff and service have been excellent. The staff exudes warmth, caring and love for their patients. As I sit there, I wonder who provides the training because the customer service is the best. Kudos to Dr. Ignelsi!!! Obviously, he is a servant and this is seen from the top down at the dental practice.
Couldn't ask for a better dentist for my children They always make you feel welcome. Dr. Mike and Dr. Andrews and company makes their " dental experience" very accommodating. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional and friendly atmosphere for their children. Definitely earned my trust. Hard to find that these days.
First Orthodontics Appt. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I was asked back, but then told he did better when I wasn't in the room. This confused me since I didn't ask to go back with him. Also, I was surprised that nothing was placed over his shirt during the appointment. He needed to change shirts before returning to school.
Very pleasant doctors and staff, even at 7 am. Wonderful, stress free experience as usual.
