If I could leave zero stars I would. Everytime I come here, it doesn't matter who I see they almost never treat me or my family. I think may be 1 time I was able to get antibiotics. Drove an hour to see a nurse practitioner here and she said absolutely nothing wrong with my son, which i lnow was wrong, he was obviously sick high fever. got him to another dr next day and horrible ear infection he had. I know he didn't get it over night since he had high fevers for 3 days before. do t waste your time with this place it sucks.

I was a patient here. said No thank you to a gummy worm at like 11 am. Got told "a moment on the lips is forever on the hips right" by the therapist... it's clear in my chart I have an eating disorder. then when I told other staff that made me uncomfortable I was told I didn't have to attend her next session and would be given an alternative assignment. that assignment? explain what It means to be entitled(obviously directed). i wrote saying "a moment on the lips is forever on the hips" is entitled. she yelled at me in front... read more

if i could go lower i would but this place is the definition of living hell i was a patient there and was SAd by a staff there while i was on the calm down meds. if you are thinking about sending your kid here i hope you know that there have been multiple sexual abuse lawsuits since 2022. the food is horrible, staff are just power hungry pigs. they dont give you clean clothes and give you the wrong pills so if you ever think about sending your kid here parent or casewrokers i hope you know your kid will come out with more pr... read more

Absolutely fucking terrible I lived here almost 3 years they took my clothes exposed my info to general public and threw me out once I was 18 years old They have the worst food and if staff don't like you which most the time they don't They make it like a concentration camp They force you to work out long hours and can take your food away from you and while I was here they locked me in the time out room for 3 days and completely forgot about me by the time I left Lakeland I was 115lb and 5'8 and my mother commented on how em... read more

This place could do a lot better because I was I. There for 8 days I think it was on 4/23/24 and this place was horrible because there was horrible food and the only food that was good there was the raviolis that they made and I was on unit 2c I think I can't really remember but I would never send a kid here I would go find somewhere else instead PLEASE DONT TAKE A KID HERE!

I was impatient at Lakeland on the residential for girls from July 2022 to March 2023. It was absolutely terrible the food was a rock hard cold and food was often a privilege we'd have to sit in transition for well over 10 minutes for more until we could get our food if someone talked and get restarted. If it was 30 minutes after a meal you weren't allowed to get it that's happened twice when I was there. But then when we didn't eat we'd get consequences. I was a patient on the adolescent unit 2 years ago, the food was horrible, multiple children had sex, a 12 year old boy who wasn't supposed to be on the teen unit, got raped, and the whole unit was involved, fights happened every week, the people who weren't involved got punished for weeks, got told in therapy that I was selfish, because I didn't want to open up to my parents. the staff was horrible, the care wasn't good.

They really do define the meaning of putting the Psycho in Psychotherapy. This place is not any kind therapy at all. It induces more traumas than resolves them. Installs more phobias than it ever helps. It needs some serious evaluation and if that ever occurred it would be shut down I am sure.

The staff is very disrespectful when we are sleeping. Even when i'm at home i'm so quiet when ppl are sleeping because that's what's respectful. 4 Souths staffs need to be way more quieter. They literally don't sweep or mop the floors. I'd be sitting in transition and there was a literally clump of hair on my socks and the girls js casually say that's normal.
