Recommendedall our family members love this apartment. I feel quite safe and happy in this community. Many of the parents and children are enjoying riding bikes and walking. overall We love this place.
Recommendedwe are a resident since 1 year we just love this apartment. it has a private lake which is an awesome plus point, has a basket ball court, tennis court & a volley ball court. overall we just love this place. so far no complaints.

RecommendedLakeside is a joy living here. I feel quite safe and happy in this community. The neighbors are kind and friendly. Many of the parents and children are enjoying the coolness of the evening riding bikes and walking about. I know that the community is happy, because many neighbors wave when they see you! We have lived here for two years now and with the recent change in management we do not plan on staying here. The leasing office is absolutely awful. Very little care for residents at all. Just the other week they stuck FINAL NOTICE stickers on 32 vehicles with expired registration threatening for them to be towed that night. Our vehicle received one of those stickers, even though our registration was indeed NOT expired. A resident since 2019 everything was good until IRT acquired the property. Maintenance staff are excellent! Always punctual and polite. However management won’t let them fix issues properly. For the last several years, the roof has been leaking causing stains in the ceilings along with an abundance of black mold. Instead of fixing the roof and replacing moldy sheet rock, they just spray it with bleach and call it good. We also have a serious Rat problem in our garage. Management was notified.
