It is unbelievable to be charged fees such as maintenance support or a annual community fee but yet the residents suffer from the lack of care, consistency and effort. The sewer backs up in your apartment, front and back door is not sealed properly, appliances are not in the best working shape, wooden floors are old and dull, carpet in the bedrooms are the same carpets the previous resident had, windows need to be sealed properly if it rains the water come through them. Lakeside at Coppell is managed by cons. Lauretta showed us a townhouse as a sample and gave us something totally different after we confirmed. They took $600 as deposit and never returned it even though we did not take the place. Mail me at adityarahul1@gmail.com for more details

No recommendations here. Not sure why Facebook defaults to recommendations first. I guess the jokers at Lakeside at Coppell must pay... Office staff is useless and doesn't respond to calls or messages. Dog poop everywhere. Meanwhile office peeps are worrying about trash cans and where you park you're car. Don't sign here unless you're up for a year of misery!

My wife and I have had an apartment at this complex in Coppell for 2 1/2 years. We are totally disgusted with the response of management to maintenance issues, particularly water leaks. They have next to zero response to problems after their limited work hours. Our apartment has had numerous water leaks from the two apartments overhead. Apartments are nice and the amenities make this place a good place to live. The maintenance team takes this from a nice & good place to live to "ah shit" when can I move. I have lived here going on 6 years but I have started to look for different home.
