I'm so sick and tired of corporate just writting an apology for everything. Nothing has change. Residents Complaint about rent, about management never answering the phone. office always being closed, and no improvement have been made. This place has gone down hill and its getting worse by the day. Have you ever realize as a corporate office who in your team really cares about the resident. If the owner wants his company to grow. No one really cares I guess. I highly recommended a place where they care about you . Not here.... read more

Yeah this place just isn’t it. The management and staffing are non responsive, barley able to get a hold of, and not very thorough when they check to see when people pay rent on time. I have had this issue every-time I pay rent here and I’ve been living here since July. Each month I go to turn in rent we get an eviction notice on our door saying we haven’t while I have plenty receipts to show otherwise. So many issues 1st they said we had to do all of our info again after living here after 6 months then raised the rent $90.00 , took the person we bought our home from 3 months to get there deposit back. The water has been shut off at least 5 times for the whole park with no notice even after knowing about a issue for over a week and then try to blame it on the plumbing company but the company did try to notify the office but the phone is not answered. Have lived in Lakeside Landing 3 years. Have been promised a Lease to Own contact. Never have recieved it. They promise every month that its coming. So far they have lied. They never do seasonal service on heating and ac . They try to break your lease and evict you and charge you. An extra $300 in fees on top of the $100 late rent fee even after they make an agreement with you to accept your rent at a later date. I would not recommend people moving into this community unless you are willing to accept these conditions.

Best of luck trying to get a hold of management for anything. Rent was raised $28 for "improvements" which was probably the total cost of the replacement playground that you cannot access unless you chance climbing over the broken gate. And let's not get into the fact that the lake is able to be accessed by anyone including the homeless tweekers that can be seen sneaking in from K42 side. Or shall we get into requests for removal requests of a decades old tree who's roots are not only coming up out of the ground, but growing... read more
