The lake has been shut down since August for what I'm guessing is not having insurance or doing what they were supposed to be doing in the first place as property managers they're increasing rent again don't expect to be able to have a trailer or property because there's no place to store it. Also in case of tornado make sure you listen to the news because the tornado shelters are trashed flood and there's power outlets by the bottom they even sent out a letter saying this. I am a current resident there I have been there for almost 3 years now first moved in it was okay went through a few management each one was worse than a loss especially the new one they do not care about the tenants they only care about pay there's been a giant hole in the main road for God knows how long and it's just getting bigger and they haven't did anything they get mad when you ask to repair any and to send the cheapest person they can find to fix it by just putting a Band-Aid on it
