I am a tenant of Lakeside Landing. I enjoy my neighbors. The lake is fun when the court gets together and have a party. Or u can bring ur own party at anytime at least till 10p I believe. Just please be respectful and clean up before you leave. Trying to make our community better. Friendly, nice, caring, ladies in the office, so come on down and take a look. Who knows you get a new home for you and ur family.
Would not recommend living in this place. It's run down and they don't care. And when you have a problem, good luck getting ahold of the management office. They won't answer the phone. They seem to be out to lunch every time you go up there for help.
House is falling apart and nothing is being done to fix it but do inspections once every so often write down the same issues each time inspections are done and with the rent being the amount it is you think they would care more about fixing things
I'm so sick and tired of corporate just writting an apology for everything. Nothing has change. Residents Complaint about rent, about management never answering the phone. office always being closed, and no improvement have been made. This place has gone down hill and its getting worse by the day. Have you ever realize as a corporate office who in your team really cares about the resident. If the owner wants his company to grow. No one really cares I guess. I highly recommended a place where they care about you . Not here.... read more
