So I have had the most positive experience in my positive experience is due to Larry. Wonderful Larry ! Office manager he knows everyone of us and knows what we need and takes the time to help us no matter what it is that we need. I can’t put into words how important he makes me feel thank you Larry for all that you do you are amazing.
Larry has always gone above and beyond with the clients needs.He has always been very respectful and greets me with a smile . He's never been one to react negatively even when a client is angry,yelling, or being rude. He's just a all around good person who does his job well.
I want to say thank you to Larry and the Director for making the clinic run smoothly and efficiently! The director has implemented some changes over the last year that I’ve noticed to really make a great difference! I’ve been attending the clinic for 8 years and have had some poor experiences early on. Received above standard care. Was understanding, compassionate, I felt heard and we were totally on the same page with regard to my treatment plan. It made all the difference in the world...I would have never thought i would totally off my opiates, Thank you so much! If you want your life back, I highly recommend!!
Larry at the front desk treats you with the upmost respect. He goes out of his way to help you with any problems or concerns. And has made me feel like I can make it through this hard part of my life.
