I'm posting in privacy (for obvious reasons) but NWIH beats Tacoma treatment solutions hands down; Tacoma treatment solutions had nurses who would steal methadone, they had a nurse who gave someone too much medication on accident and almost killed someone and another nurse who would wait 20min in between dosing people, which would make 4hr wait times, this nurse did this for two weeks straight!! HORRIBLE!!! Three hour lines. Don't work mornings if you start coming here. You will never be on time. Even if you have a early morning pass. Turn over rate is so high. No dosing nurses will stay. Don't even waste your time!! Get on the waiting list at the health department!!
I have been coming here for a long time. It has gotten progressively worse. They can't seem to charge people's insurance right. They have told me to pay 2300.00 or they will kick me out. I have insurance. They advertise they treat people with respect. I don't feel respected
Get ready for a mess if you decide to go to this place. Intake takes 7 to 8 hours to complete. Your daily dose will take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours to obtain. You cannot decide your own treatment plan. Councilors have no idea what they are doing. Stay away. Will update when I have more time. There is a lot more.
