Finished ahead of time and resolved most issues. 3 stars for high pricing of standard services and not resolving all issues that I was charged for. Ended up spending over $6,000 for standard services.

My service visit was awesome as usual. I was also given a tip about keeping my cabin refreshed in the interim. They have a great team in their service dept!
The facility was new and nice! They provided transportation for me to go back to work (via uber). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they contacted me to inform me by truck was ready for pick-up and when I arrived I still had to wait an additional 40mins. Also I only had 58k miles on my truck but they insisted that I needed the 80k mile maintenance which was an additional $1k.
I had a wonderful experience here. Jaguar Land Rover Alexandria uses top notch technology that keeps customers informed of their repair every step of the way. Mike was great at keeping me updated with what was going on with my warranty and even provided me a ride to and from the dealership free of charge.
