My most recent experience at Land Rover Alexandria was average. However, the improvement was the service writer (Yujin) and the fact she listened. That said, I've always been concerned about consistency and genuine care. These vehicles are expensive to purchase and maintain; therefore, the service should be thorough and consistent always. The level of care should be above reproach considering their mission statement.

All LR Alexandria personnel were courteous and professional. My 2015 RR Sport yearly maintenance was performed on time, additional recommended services were performed on time also----all and all the experience was well received by me.
