The Service Advisor (BJ Alger) made the experience. He was prompt, professional, and polite. BJ personally looked over my vehicle before writing it up and sending it for service. He kept me informed by ensuring I was aware of the status of my vehicle while I waited.

Trying to make sure everything about the car was as you wanted, cleaning it very properly, not being pushy about selling products, and just being really nice and capable of delivering your dream car. 100 score.
