I can't say enough about the team at Land Rover Alexandria!! They were courteous, knowledgeable and were clear about the work that needed to be performed. The drop off & delivery couldn't have been any easier, too! I can't recommend them enough!! Special shout out to Justin, Stacey, Jessica and BJ for their "cient-first" commitment!!

Wasn't happy I had to take my care into the service center for a miss from the dealership when purchasing...BUT...the minor issue was addressed as well as all of my concerns. The service experience went well starting with the scheduling by my sales person Orr who is awesome to the drop-off and pick-up and the loaner handled by Stacey and the service team. The service was thorough, done well and fast. I would recommend.
I don't like that you get connected to a call center when booking the appointment. Completely a waste of time. When I finally got in touch with my service advisor, he took excellent care of me and my car.

I needed a new trailer hitch installed on my 2016 RR Sport. I called BJ my awesome Service Advisor and scheduled the appointment in short order. I dropped off my sport and was on my way in my loaner in mere minutes. The job required a bit more time then expected so BJ called me right away to let me know the car would be ready the next day. It was and as always, I left a happy customer! Thanks BJ! You're the best!
