Our 1st services was awesome the appointment was at 8:00 am and they open on time, the Land Rover team was very professional they attended me and other people that were waiting with me outside. We fill out paper work, I had to wait for my car for 2 to 3 hours but they game me a free ride home I was surprised, they also offered me a ride back to the dealer. Wen we come back to get our Discovery was nice and clean very well detail also the team on the afternoon were awesome thanks for being kind.

It was definitely a mixed experience. Some aspects were good, such as customer relations and loaner. But I don't understand why they believe that resetting the "service required" notification should be done at an extra cost to me? I mean, I am already paying $200+ for an oil change!
