RecommendedThe service department is great! We were having difficulty getting a call back from another location so we tried Tacoma. Not only did we get a call back, we got our car in the same day and out within a day. Shinee was professional and pleasant and we loved working with her. Will definitely use again for future service.

RecommendedI do recommend them, but the 2 gentlemen I dealt with when I purchased my vehicle were not friendly. They acted as though we were bothering them and when the older oriental guy who was supposed to be the manager came and spoke with us, he was even ruder!
RecommendedThis is the second car that we bought from Charles and Jaguar/Land Rover. We were pleased with the process and our purchase. The service department is also excellent when we bring our cars in for service. We probably live closer to another Jaguar/Land Rover dealer but will always drive the few extra miles to Tacoma.

RecommendedHad to make a special trip over from Yakima they were able to get my Range Rover Sport right in and addressed all my issues quickly. Shane was great to work with as well and everyone in the main lobby was very friendly. Not only would I have more service done there but I would consider purchasing from them too.
