We purchased our 2015 RR Evoque at another dealership but the wait time for service appointments was ridiculously long. Although LR of Tacoma is farther away from us, I couldn't go any longer with a burned out headlight so I decided to call them and see if they can take me in sooner. To my surprise, they did! GREAT EXPERIENCE : I ordered an evoque convertible from them 4 months ago. Charles made the experience easy and updated me along the way. When the vehicle came in it was an easy online credit app and sign the lease. Took less than an hour. Definitely recommend these guys

We had probably the best experience to date when buying a car. Loved working with Charles and Chad & Joe. They made it easy and we feel like we were treated fairly and that they valued our business.
