Helped me find the perfect Mustang Charlie is the man! Really nice guy, very knowledgeable about Mustangs as well as other cars, and all around a huge help through the process. We test drove a few different Mustangs before we found the right one, and he was super helpful when it came to the specs. Keep it up man!
No Pressure Called Charlie and told him what i was looking for, Charlie asked when it would work for me to come in and look, he had a truck ready with pricing better than the other dealerships i'd talked with. No pressure easy purchase was in and out in less than 1 hr.
I chose the right dealership . . . . Came in for my 15, 000 mi service I chose to wait and the team really went to bat for me. I was in and out much faster than I had anticipated. All of my service needs are directed to Landmark.
Top notch service We had an appointment for "The Works"...Oil & filter change, check tires, brakes, belts, suspension and top off all fluids. They gave our Escape a bath and vacuumed it out and was waiting for us about 35 minutes later. They have a very nice waiting area and lounge (free coffee & vending machine snacks).
Will go back Thank you Bill Following the salesman ever, Bill Huff is the most caring salesman ever. We always order our Mustangs the only way to buy a car. Mr. Huff worked with us every step of the way. Color, options, right down to the color of the seats (little nervous on this one but he assured me it was gong to be ok) and it was, could not have been any better. Consistent and effecient As always my appointment starts on time, and I receive clear explanations of my vehicles and performance status. This is the 2nd vehicle I have had on a maintenance contract and it works very well for me.
Conan Ball..outstanding! Why my rating? My wife and I were treated maybe the best ever at a car dealership, I did not want to come to the dealership due to previous experiences at car dealers in the past. My mind has been altered after the treatment we received from Conan Ball. Very sharp, very friendly, answered every question we had and then some.
