first time buyer of a new car Working with Jeff, my uncle and I went to pick out my first NEW car. he understood our situation and was quite informative in helping me learn about which car to pick for my lifestyle and budget. Alleviating a stressful situation When my insurance company claim my car as a loss, I had to quickly replace my main transportation. I called and scheduled an appointment with Ron Burson the next day giving him some specifications that I was looking for. easy, quick, painless! We had had a bad experience a couple of days earlier but we understood the situation. Kent was GREAT, he actually listened to us , no-one tried a hard upsell, we would definitely go back to Landmark Ford, best car purchasing experience we have ever had.
Buying my new/old car We went to see a particular Expedition. It was still there, so we took a test drive. We were given as long as we wanted to drive around and get the feel. They gave us a fair trade-in on my old truck and treated us very courteously.
Great customer service - Slow paperwork Ron was great to deal with. To the point & straight forward. Cutting the deal took 5 minutes but finalizing the paper work took 2 hours - probably due to the year end rush. Once the paper process started it was quick & efficient.
Excellent customer service - Knowledgeable sales person. Scott Sprout provided excellent customer service. He answered all of my questions, consulted with others when he needed to ensure accuracy. I really appreciated Scott following me home to drop off my used car, and driving me back to the dealership so I could drive home my new EDGE.
Trial service appointment. I dread going to any dealership for service just to meet a person who immediately tries to sell me wipers and window wash fluid. We went to Landmark Ford for an oil change. I was very happy Landmark Ford in Tigard had none of that nonsense. Everyone was polite professional, the work was completed timely and the prices were lower than expected.
