Excellent Charlie was exemplary in his dealing with us and in communicating the delays in Fords manufacturing line. Charlie gave weekly updates on the progress of the build working with us on all aspects and answering all questions promptly and honestly.
Well we drove five hours to get to landmark Ford, never been there before and did not know what to expect ,Well we were not disappointment Jeff and Jen were fantastic they made the process very easy . Who would think spending so much money could be fun but they made it enjoyable. Thanks again you guys

I have been happy with the service at landmark since I bought my last truck there 10 years ago, so I bought my new truck there as well.
Went in with the mindset of just seeing how much I could trade my previous car in for. Got offered a deal I considered good and ended up test driving a car I was really interested in. Charlie has been amazing since I ordered my Mach-E. He kept me updated on my order and answered all my questions prior to delivery of the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived he fit us in no problem to come check it out. He spent a lot of time getting me aquatinted with the vehicle and answering my questions, and went out of his way to show me how to charge the vehicle. I went in to Landmark to get a new car after my old one finally bit the dust. I was super nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but Jeff was incredibly helpful the entire time. He answered all the questions I have, was polite and approachable the entire time, and helped to get us financed even with no credit. 100% would go to him for any of my car needs, and would send my friends his way.
