Service and follow up communication was great. Only concern is that the vehicle was not repaired 100%. Had to return to the dealership to have an oil leak repaired that should have been caught before I was allowed to take the truck home.
Adam Drake's team was on point. I had a poor experience at another Ford dealership for my 21' Powerboost F150, so decided to give them a shot based on reviews. Very communicative and professional experience all the way through, from first phone call, to shuttle pick up (both ways). The truck needed a part that wasn't in stock, I worked with Adam to source one from the East coast, they had installed in 3 biz days! Will be using them in the future. Suggest you give them a shot if you are searching for a solid service dealer.

Jeffrey kept me well informed on our purchase, very helpful, and never too busy for a phone call. He went above an beyond while taking my call and organizing my delivery while on his vacation/fishing trip. In addition, Aaron Weeks and the rest of the Landmark team made me feel comfortable throughout the purchase process. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience.

Planning our visit with Lauren one week in advance to purchase our new car as we had to fly in from out of state, everything was ready, however it appears the finance department had a meeting that held up the process a bit. Lauren was great, helpful, informational, extremely nice and patient knowing we were a little pressed for time. In all, we walked out satisfied and got to enjoy a 700 mile drive home the following day enjoying our new car Thank you
