Just a reminder if Langes is indeed closing it is due to lack of empathy for animals and in my opinion very BAD customer service at the front desk and with the Veterinarians...
Just a yearly reminder to snowbirds and locals if you love your pets take them elsewhere!!! Very unprofessional and lacking correct diagnosis and the Drs. in my opinion have no animal empathy!

Stay away from this place they will misdiagnose your animal for money they know they have people in a tight situation being a rual area so they jack the prices up and do nothing.my dog died because of their incompatince and cant wait till this place gets shut down if you love your animal stay away go to vegas
Not a friend of a doctor who is understanding and trying to pull my dogs teeth right out of the gate . 600 dollar to clear my dogs teeth she is 10 lbs only . They are over priced savages I would not recommend them for your fur babies . I asked for a discount and the lady said in a snotty tone we are a cooperation. In closing my friend referred me here and his dogs had all there teeth pulled and are still not better . Does anyone have a great vet in lake havasu city area ? Please let us know
Wow, what a disappointment this veterinary office is. When I moved here I had a medical emergency and was told by Lange the only way they could see my dog in an emergency if I was established client. so fast-forward 2 1/2 years later as an established client with three dogs with them, I have another medical emergency and they've told me oh sorry The veterinarian doesn't see the other veterinarians patients and your veterinarian has a tummy ache today so she's not gonna be in till 1pm today. so we asked for our medical recor... read more

We apologize for your experience. I know it is a difficult situation when your pet is sick or injured and we are unable to help in a timely manner. Unfortunately, our doctor has had serious health issues the past month that has resulted in her being out. It is much more extreme than a "tummy ache". We understand that this is difficult for many clients, as it has greatly limited our ability to see pets and get back to clients in a reasonable amount of time. We've been going to Lange Veterinary since approximately 2004. We always had a great experience with Dr. Lange and her staff, but since she retired, we are not at all happy with the office. We will be taking our animals to another vet after we spent over $1,000 and got referred to an ER Vet in Vegas without any type of diagnosis. Boy do we miss Dr. Lange.
One star for being a business. One star for emergency services. From the get made us feel like an inconvenience. Forced us to put our little girl down. Almost 3 mos and I still cry with just the thought. Pretty expensive for not even trying. Had very little knowledge of exotics. Just because you have one too doesn't make you professional enough to take $ for them. I believe they only say exotics to collect the absorbent fees to put them down. I took my year old puppy in for a spay exam and it is the first time in my life I have ever left a business in the middle of an appt. I will clarify that this negative review is solely for Dr. Baker, the other staff that helped me were very kind (also to my puppy). Our puppy is uncomfortable around new people, but once you let her warm up to you she's fine. The woman who tried to take my dogs vitals could tell this and so she let her sniff and gave her treats.
