I was recommended to see Dr Faucher from my general dentist because I had a broken tooth and a severe infection moving up into my sinus. The staff was so friendly and Dr Faucher fixed me up. They always make sure you are not in any discomfort during the procedures. I needed a bone graft procedure and had to get an implant as this was the best long term solution. I recently needed my bridge removed because one of my teeth was broken at the gum line. Dr. F was kind, and took the time to explain what the problem was how she thought was best to fix it, and how long this process would take. Staff, Including front office, pre- op interviewer and hygienists, have been helpful and confidence building as have my appts. with Dr. Faucher. Absolutely incompetent. Staff are ONLY interested in collecting money - and they make sure you pay up BEFORE your services are done. Then you're escorted out afterwards like you're some kind of criminal if you even question the services. Take for instance, putting in a tooth that you could kick a field goal through the gaps. OR putting in the tooth TWO MORE TIMES when the color was clearly off. YUP. They don't care. Their response.. Sorry - it's the best we can do.
