Absolutely incompetent. Staff are ONLY interested in collecting money - and they make sure you pay up BEFORE your services are done. Then you're escorted out afterwards like you're some kind of criminal if you even question the services. Take for instance, putting in a tooth that you could kick a field goal through the gaps.
