What a difference choice of dealership makes!! I called LHM and was fortunate enough to connect with Marisa Balderaz. Marisa is a great example of "consultive selling"... superb knowledge of the car, great listen skills and absolutely no pressure. On car delivery Marisa spend a very long time (I'm slow) teaching me how to use the important features of the very complex car. At the end she tells me "call my cell anytime you have a question about the car". What more can a customer ask for? Thank you Marisa for making buying a car in 2022 actually a nice experience.

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you! Not all genesis dealers (or any dealers) keep their promises. You guys did. I just finished my first Service.. you guys came to my office to pickup the car. Left me a beautiful G80, brought the car back cleaner than you got it and 0 cost maintenance. THANK YOU!!!
