Fantastic job from Mr. Josh Wells, yet again. Outstanding customer care for my Genesis GV80.
Josh was great, only complaint the car they loaned me was very dirty inside and out.
Josh Wells was professional, courteous, and communicative as always! He got a recall issue taken care of for me that I had completely forgot about when I went to get some routine service done today. He is the reason I keep coming back LHM!
Josh Wells provided us with absolutely the best service we could of asked for. He is very attentive and thorough. We decided to purchase a newer car and Vohn was able to get us what we wanted in a timely manner.
Very courteous, on time & was able to fill in for Earnhardt on doing my warranty work. As Earnhardt wouldn’t even return my call.
