My salesman, Jorden, was very professional. The price was fair and was $3500 cheaper than the Scottsdale dealer on the exact same car. I have purchased over 100 vehicles in my life and the experience with Larry Miller Genesis was the best so far. No pressure and truly no B.S. Hopefully won’t be the last vehicle I buy from them. Also— the GV80 is a great SUV.

Thanks to Arizona’s rocky roads, our 3 month old GV-70 gained a big star in the center. Josh and a technician from Anytime Glass made it new again quickly and with no fuss. Service as it should be but often isn’t.

Just bought a used Audi from this place and I can’t say enough good things about them. Vohn was excellent in making sure I was happy and all my needs were met. I’m very particular about certain things and anything I would request about the car very taken care of no questions asked. Above and beyond Service! I called Josh Wells on a Friday afternoon to schedule an oil change for my Genesis G80. They were a couple of weeks out due to only a couple of service writers that deal with Genesis and I’m only available to come in on Saturdays. He said he would see what he can do and give me a call back. I got a call back within the hour from Ashleigh Ray and she said she was coming in for a little bit the next morning and would be able to squeeze me in. Although I needed a new tire installed. My original went flat so I left it on the wheel at LM Genisis. After the new tire arrived at the dealership they mounted it. I went out without an appointment and the newtire was swapped for the spare, My G80 washed and the spare stowed. My visit was 20 minutes. Truly Genesis level, luxury service.

I had my first oil change on my GV80 today. Josh was extremely professional, he was prompt, friendly and my car was ready as promised. I was able to get a lift and get home to take care of business.. I was pleasantly surprised to find my car washed and pulled up ready to go when I arrived. This dealership and now service department makes me feel like a VIP. In a world that has forgotten about customer service, this place has it mastered. Love my Genesis and this dealership!! Thank you!
