Put into get service on my genesis G 70 on the web and it didn’t go through but Josh made everything happen went out of his way. Great service.
Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. From Marisa listening to my interests in what I wanted in an EV, to providing great info and then taking the time to give me the chance to test drive and never being pushy, to Renee who I worked with on financing (thanks Renee for listening to my kooky family AncestryDNA stories!). Greatest experience in buying a new vehicle ever! I was literally in and out in two hours. Jason Bills was top notch! Even came in on his day off to facilitate the transaction. Would 100% recommend this dealership!
Josh Wells was my service advisor and was helpful every step of the way! He let me know projected time my service was going to take and it was done quicker than expected. He answered all questions asked and was very personable!
Josh Wells was my service tech. He did a good job of getting the car in and completing the service in less time than he had originally estimated. I also met briefly with Kaitlyn Orabanec who did a good job of explaining some of the tech features of the car. Conversely, when I had tried to make an appointment with a competing dealership for the same work, they couldn't get me in until the end of February. What a difference!
Went there yesterday and purchased a GV702T. I was helped by Jordan Smart. Very knowledgable about the product lines, features etc. I was most impressed by the speed; i got in and out of the dealership in under 1 hour. My time is valuable and i really didnt want to sit in a car dealership all day....and i didnt as Jordan got me into the finance department queue very quickly.

I wanted to add with Dshon in Finance, that he did me a nice favor: Since i traded in a relatively new auto for the Genesis, and still had 7 months to go before my registration expired, Dshon recommended I go to ADOT and file for a refund. I did that today and it will be $450.00 I asked the woman that helped me that if I did nothing would a refund be coming to me? She said no, that the State of Arizona would keep it and that most folks don't know that they can get a registration refund from their previous car. THANK YOU DSHO... read more

Sales people were really concerned about what I wanted in a vehicle. The overall buying experience was easy. Hunter was really a go to guy for advice and Kaitlyn was outstanding as the delivery coordinator. I believe Genesis sets a standard in the dealership industry.
