I contacted the chat on the page to verify the size of the large head mascara wands. They said they are bigger than the standard size so ordered the large head size mascara wands. When I got them they were the same size as all the "standard" size ones I have. I called customer service and they said that their "standard size is smaller than everyone else's standard size". I have issued concerns to lash tavern via message and online survey. I have also tried to reach chat and 800# to no avail DURING BUSINESS HOURS. I have 5 trays of crappy premade volume fans that do nothing but fall apart. They are by far the worst quality I have ever encountered. Please contact me ASAP regarding a refund for this order.
