I’ve been a loyal customer of lash tavern for a couple years now but after my last experience I will never order from them again. Ordered two lash cleansers and used all my points as well and I never received my package even though they said it was delievered. Extremely disappointed in their customer service too, the rep wasn’t caring at all.
