bartenders who are not mean to customers who doesn't order liquor and make them feel unwelcome when doing karaoke. better customer service for bar area who can treat all customers with respect instead of catering to the ones who pay a lot of money for drinks.
I would love to support this business but its competitor has it beat. even with the current "kids bowl free" (meaning i only pay for shoe rentals for kids) it comes out to the same regular price as the competitor.

I think on a Sunday to take 2 kids + me bowling, 15.50 for 1 game with buy one get one free is ridiculous. No wonder the place was empty.
