We paid for 2 lanes however, they only told us to use one of them. Then 2/3 of the way through the game sold our second lane to another group. When I went up to ask they said "you have had that other lane for over 1 hour but didn't use it". They wouldn't move the other group that started on our lane but said we could move our party of 7. The girl at the front desk was incredibly rude as was the manager. We will NEVER return.

Went to Lava Lanes on New Years Eve and had a HORRIBLE experience. The staff was so rude from the start and kicked us out of the area we were sitting in and NOBODY was sitting there. We paid for our beverages and was told to leave. These employees are so detrimental to your business and the situation could've been handled with so much more tact and courtesy. I'll be telling my friends and not returning.
Staff was pretty rude, no warning of closing time for people in the arcade. When there was a warning it was very rude and very sudden we were told it was going to be shut off soon and then not even a minute later it was shut down
