The phone cust support are always rude. I dont understand with technology, why does it always take 14 days for me to receive a new debit card after its been lost or compromised. They dont offer kid friendly savings accounts.

Their "on-line" website is the worst user friendly website of any banking institution I have ever had to deal with. Making a auto loan payment is like trying to break through a brick wall. Wish I had never done my auto loan with them.

LBSFCU handles fraud alerts terribly. This is the second time I've had my card compromised, and instead of them notifying me via email/ text/ call I had to find out this morning when I tried to request an Uber to get to work and my card wouldn't go through. The last time this happened I was dining out and my card declined when I tried to pay the bill. I'm pissed and now late to work, and unable to get in touch with anyone because they cut call center hours to begin at 8:30. Fucking wonderful!
