Something is not right. Not full of ink and ran out very quickly. Definitely not even close to getting the amount of pages on package. Buy elsewhere.

Arrived damaged The yellow ink had exploded in bag and was unusable.
the ink did not work! I did not use the printer for about a week, when I did the printer said it was out of the colored ink.I could not print anything including in black .
Cyan didn't print blue! I haven't used the magenta nor the yellow yet but so far the cyan never printed blue even though I ran a diagnostic, re-set my printing options on my computer... as wonderful as the printer is, these cartridges are not easy to install, the computer reads them as empty before they actually are, which creates a hell of a mess when you pull out the cartridge. Nice idea to have individual ink cartridges but the delivery in the end made me get rid of the printer, as much as I liked the software.
Cartridges were not recognized by Brother MFCJ491DW I have purchased Brother Genuine LC30113PKS 3-Pack Standard , none of the Cartridges are being recognized by the print - Brother MFCJ491DW I have added back the empty cartridges and they are recognized.
Low Ink: Yellow - They do not appear to be "Genuine" ...they packing is from China; not at all like my usual orders and packaging. I am disappointed. I didn't even notice the packaging until I began to troubleshoot; reboot (remove and replace each cartridge with closing the door after each replacement); it did help and the YELLOW is low and I have not printed yet! I will add photos later if I can.
2 different packs a both dried out / out of ink I loaded the printer with all brand new cartridges and ran the “printer head cleaning” a few times. I thought the cartridges sounded rather empty when i was installing them, and they were definitely empty when i took them out. i processed a replacement, and the new package did the exact same thing, except it happened after only running the “clean printer head” option twice. Bogus content Both items contained in the package could not be used as the printer failed to recognize, same with the colour cartridges in this order. Purchased elsewhere and they work fine Wont give a refund unless I use a courier service that is in an area that will cost me more to get to than the refund
