Too expensive and runs out quickly. I just installed a new magenta ink cartridge today and ran out after 2 prints. Way too expensive. I do art prints and yea I understand some stuff does requires a good amount of ink. But this is ridiculous the magenta ran out within 30 min of installing it. It’s useless until I get another cartridge but is it even worth it?
INK CARTRIDGE You claim the product prints about 550 copies. I printed less that 50 copies and the cartridges are empty. I bought the cartridges from Amazon on Aug16, 2020.
not recognized by printer I purchased this March 17th 2020 as reserved toner. I tried using is just now, it is not recognized by the printer. I'm extremely disappointed by this product. Wasted money.
Magenta ink cartridge defective Barely any Magenta ink has been used and the cartridge is defective and leaking ink into my printer. Printer won't print color because of it. No way to contact for how to get a replacement.
Poor print quality Printing with new cartridges was poor, lots of white lines, so I cleaned the heads. Which made printing worse, so I cleaned again - print quality still terrible andt he ink levels are almost empty within 20 minutes of installation and no printing - just tyring to get ink jets, or whatever, clean... It wasn't doing this with previous Brother ink cartridges that I replaced with these. Not happy and out of ink... again.
Not happy with the yellow cartridge I ordered these cartridges on Oct 9, 2019. Today, the yellow ink ran out already. The other two colors are still full. I don't know why this is. Now I can't print because of this. What can you do about this, I hardly print in color.
Avoid Brother spend a bit more for a quality printer Changed the Magenta cartridge and printed 48 color pages (lots of black and white on each page as well) and ran out of Magenta ink. My last Magenta cartridge (go figure I just bought it yesterday and put it in today) so the printer is useless until I get a new Magenta cartridge - Won't even print in B&W unless I have a Magenta cartridge with ink in the printer. Utter Garbage Brother make cheap ink sucking printers. Put three new cartridges in and after running through the cleaning process the cartridges were half empty. Tossed the one year old printer, returned the cartridges and bought a cannon laser printer
