just what I needed These ink cartridges are just what I needed for my Brother printer. If one runs out of ink, though, you need to replace all of them because the printer won't work otherwise. I did find them for $10 less at Best Buy and Amazon generously give me credit for the difference when I contacted them.

A tip that can save you money These are expensive but I have gone back to using them instead of the generic ones. They are easy to replace, have never caused a hopeless stain on my carpet like the cheap ones. BUT I get a warning on my printer screen with lots of exclamation points way, way before I need to insert a new cartridge. I do a lot of printing but I always wait until the printer won't print because the cartridge is empty. Sometimes this is two or three weeks!
