We called Lea Ann up without expecting to get approved right away. She had us approved and in our new home within just shy of two months. The process was very simple and she was always there to answer any of our questions. We don’t plan on buying ever again but if we do Lea Ann is the way to go!

Purchasing our home felt a lot like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. My family and I knew it was the perfect place for us, but between a government shutdown causing delays, necessary loan changes, our experience securing a loan was stressful to say the least. Although communication faltered occasionally, Lea Bryant continued to remind us we can trust her to make it happen, and make it happen she did! Lea Bryant proved to us she does not shy away from a tricky situation, and we absolutely appreciate her for it.
