We used them for 21 years and 4 dogs....loved the front office staff and all of the vets.
Friday before Labor Day my dog started walking not straight. I called the office and was told they couldn’t see my dog I had to take her to the emergency hospital. Which fine, busy I get it. So we did. We went to the emergency animal hospital and spent $1400 and 11 hours to be told my dog was on meth. And if she’s not better in 72 hours to go to a neurologist. Overrated. Sorry, not sorry. I’ve been a client (rather my dog has) for the last 4 years. Customer service has gone DOWN hill in the last couple year. I never have anything bad to say about any experience I have, however, it seems every time I attempt to get an appointment they’re booked out for the next 3 weeks, but always offer a next day appointment with an urgent care visit(one that only cost 90$ just to walk in the door). Now, I am not one to even bat an eye for spending money on the care of my baby, but this is outrage... read more

After unnecessary tests, they had no appointment to put my cat down. In my time of need, they treated me like crap. Thanks for nothing
The male veterinarian is a complete jerk. This place is all about the money not the animal. They don’t give 3 year rabies so they can charge you every year. Im a breeder and needed a feeding tube as mine had a hole in it and this was life or death. The office lady said no problem come on down. I was out of town and when she showed up they would not give it to her. The male veterinarian Jerk refused. See it wasn’t about the kittens life it was about them not getting the money.
