Both the salesman and the leaf filter installer were very good at answering questions and did a good job. Had to call about one leak after hard rain and they promptly came out and fixed the problem. Told me to call any time I needed Leaves removed around my splash guards.

I didnt notice until I moved the recycling bin which blocked the down pour, that the downpours direction was toward not to outside instead it faced to the yard. I shouldve inspected thoroughly. The old downpour was facing out, I assumed he was going to replace exactly same way. Basically, the downpour needs to rotate 90 degrees from the current position. The ( installer ) **** arrived a little after 12 noon and was finished by about 2:30pm. Overall I might have heard the drill several times but no bother at all. **** appeared to be very professional and was respectful to me, when he told me he was done and I checked around the house, the ground underneath the gutters and down spouts was clean. ****** ****** hopefully I spell name right he were excellent preparing for installation he made it very easy .took his time with us explan every detail of the installation he sold to us.. after workers came out stayed all DAY THEY WERE ON TIME.DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB.THEY CONTINUE TOO FINISH PUT UP LEAFFILTER PROTECTION WETHER RAIN OR NOT THE WORKERS COMPLETED THERE TASKS ALSO.

We had two houses for which Leaf Filter provided gutter repair services. The work done at both locations was done very well and we are quite happy with the results. The real test will come when we have another atmospheric river-- that won't happen for at least a couple more months. We had Leaf Guard filters at our old house and they just didn't work very well for us because our house was surrounded by fir trees.
