Initial problems with scheduling and confusion about the scope of work for the installers. Once past those issues, the continuing installation went very well and we currently are satisfied with the product received after the first week of the installation and are expecting the system to perform as advertised and promised. The special price reduction and lifetime/ transferability warranty offered seemed reasonable enough for proceeding with the work.

They were very quick, very polite, answered all our questions. But, we found a few screws, and a screen and lots of grit left behind. We thought they would cleanup afterwards, like use a blower. It's OK we took care of the cleanup. Thank you very much fingers crossed all will be great
