I am happy with the product and the install, but I was particularly impressed by the ownership displayed by the sales *** and the corporate staff. After the filter system was put in, it became apparent that there was an unrelated issue relative to how the gutter had been installed and the wear it had been subjected to. LF sent a tech to re-evaluate and he spent a lot of time remediating with no extra charge. Estimate was thorough and he answered all my questions. The appointment was the next week. The installer came early and worked quickly in the rain. He even fixed the crushed downspout. Afterwards he cleared all the debris. Good work and an excellent price. Very satisfied.

The men who install the leaf gutter did a great job ( only 3 days ago). Had a lot of rain yesterday and the gutters seemed to handle it well. The flashing was properly in stalled under the shingles and then inside the back of the gutters to prevent water from going behind the gutter. The crew was anxious to do what I thought would make the final product better. They even fixed one down spout that was not on the order. We had a positive experience. LeafGuards were installed in January and have been effective. Two weeks after installation, ice falling from the roof damaged one section of the LeafGuards. I called customer service and a representative was there within a few days to repair the damage for a modest $95 charge. Very satisfied with the response.
