***** the sales person came to our home EXACTLY when he said he would. *****, the installer, did a terrific job. He put all of the leaf filters on in 8 hours and it looks GREAT!I rate you guys 10 out of 10!

They arrived right at 8am. They walked me through where the shutters would be placed and how it would be done. They asked if I had any questions before they started. Which I did not. They did a great job and were finished in about an hour and a half. Then, they walked me through the completed work and asked if I had any questions. I told them no and that I was very satisfied with the job they did.

My husband and I were very pleased with this company. *****, the installer was amazing. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He spent the entire day making sure that everything was done to perfection. Today, we had a huge storm that lasted for over an hour, and the rain was coming down hard and heavy. I was happy to see that our gutters ran smoothly. No overflowing areas.

The Leaf Filter product is fine, but the installation process was very painful. The installation person seemed to be very new and was not familiar with the products. It took two trips to correctly install the leaf filters and 3 trips to correctly install the 'Critter Guards'. Even after the 3rd trip, I am not sure they will work as promised. After the third trip to correct the Critter Guards, i noticed that they did not secure the bottom of one of the down spouts. When i started to reattach and secure it, i noticed that the ... read more

Reputable and reliable. The sales experience was clear and friendly but low-grade pressure tactics, with an initial high bid that quickly came down more than half after some back-and-forth (and being willing to walk away). Pressure to sign that day, but overall seemed a good deal for quality product. Installer was great, friendly, explained everything, did a great job, and cleaned up. Happy with product so far.

After I filled out the form on the internet on Memorial day, I heard from them within 4 hours and my appointment was set up for the next day with the representative and my installation the next day after. They did a great job and I'm very happy with the results
