The Leaf Filter experience was a good one, from initial sales with *** to executing installation with ******. Understanding that LF has the product available, I still feel that it's a little too pricey.

The sales pitch is quite aggressive and the discounts they will give you if you are wishy-washy are good. Unfortunately, they have a third party they contract work out to. They were fast and efficient. However when we got rain we notice the gutters were leaking. We called and headquarters sent out one of their own hired men in the area. He did good work and sealed the connections where the contracting company failed to seal. Its too bad they cant get their own crew for the areas and do things correctly the first time. The whole process took only a few days from meeting with the salesman to having the gutters & gutterguards installed. Everyone was very respectful, kept me informed and listened to any input that I had. The gutters look great and seem to be of great quality. Im very happy so far.

LeafFilter was professional, courteous and respectful. The whole experience was good. The only issue I have was after they were done the install, the joining tube seemed to be lower than it should be. I hadn't noticed at the time of completion of install. I believe the joining drain tube did not need the drop they put in it. If it did need the drop portion, I was not informed as to why.The rest of the installation was good. No other issues or complaints.
