I rated my experience a 9 because overall Im happy with the product, but I was a little disappointed with how the gutter straps were installed. The straps were placed over my shingles instead of under them. I asked the installer if they could be placed under the shingles, and I was told that wasnt possible.Later, I contacted LeafFilter to ask whether shingles could be placed over the straps, and I was informed that doing so could potentially void the lifetime warranty. From start to finish, just a great experience! The sales *** was kind and professional and wasnt pushing for anything that wasnt needed. He was thorough and gave all options and answered every question and addressed every concern I had without making me feel like he just needed to get to another job - which is a rare quality to see today - and it was appreciated! The sales person was good discussed everything. The installer was on time and fast. No one contacted me to see if the installation was done right, or to see if I was satisfied. Hoping the system is as good as they say it is for the price I paid.

From the moment we showed interest by responding to an internet ad, LeafFilter was unusually efficient.
