Brendan was excellent, he was very professional, organized, and presented the Leafguard product exceptionally well. We weren’t even thinking about replacing our gutter, just thinking about doing repairs and cleaning but we really liked the lifetime warranty and the lifetime no clog warranty with Leafguard gutters. The gutters seem to be working great. The sales women was exceptional. However, the pricing is outrageous. Additionally, the day of installation was very uncoordinated and I had to call repeatedly. My messages seemed to fall on deaf ears because, I didn’t get a call back until after the crew arrived and I told them personally of the communication issues. Gutters good. Customer service not great. Price bad.
So far this has been a great experience. From the salesman to the installers very pleasant to deal with along with professional. The gutters look great and add curb appeal to the house. I would give a 5 star review but they were just installed and we haven't seen them in the ran.
Brendan was very nice. He knew his stuff. He showed us all the samples of other gutters, than he shown us their gutters system. what a huge difference. He was very nice to talk to. He is very kind and courteous. He also got us a great deal.
It was a very pleasant and professional experience to have our salesmen Michael at our house this morning, he was very knowledgeable, described the product very well for us. We are looking forward to getting our new LeafGuard gutters, we are sure it will increase the value of our property and look much better, we are looking forward to our install next week.
