Leah was great when she found out my frustration with the Processor she took the bull by the horns. Leah had all issues resolved within 24hrs and our close finally happened. I was most impressed that all the numbers Leah quoted to me never changed. Her honesty was very refreshing. The issues I had with the services was with the Processor. I would send paperwork she requested 2 or 3 times. When I would ask questions she would have no answers stating she was there only to collect paperwork.
