Leah, Luis and Donna all went out of their way to help process my loan fairly quickly. I had a lot of questions and I got a response each time in either a few minutes or within a few hours. I was impressed with the diligent follow -up to make sure I was comfortable with each step.

Leah did a good job of keeping in touch always pleasant and professional however there seems to be a lack of comminication between departments. Overall loan documents were too numerous, confusing, small print hard to read, long and frustrating . Did not particularly enjoy this experience . i did have an uncommon problem with my title so realize that probably contributed to some of the issues encountered .

I don't believe all the problems were the fault of Leah. Several of my phone calls were not answered in a timely basis. Leah was very helpful in correcting several of the issues I had, such as the wrong information on the first information I received regarding monthly payments. The "just ok" was the whole process. I don't think it should have taken over a month to complete the loan. Maybe I'm wrong on that but to me it took too long. I have no hard feelings toward Leah.
