Recommended RecommendedWe have been using Leap Kids for ~ 7 years.Never had a problem with them until today. I don't know if they just don't care or just don't care to listen. I specifically told them my daughter needed to put under for the dental procedure, just like she had before. Get there today and they try to do conscious sedation on her and that of course failed miserably. Now we are even further delayed in getting this cavity filled and a now possibly a root canal. Didn’t even get a chance to be seen. Made my sons appt 2 weeks ago, received confirmation emails and texts but never one phone call. the day of the appt 6 hours before appt time I receive email and text saying there’s no dentist in the office for two days. I get online to make another appt for a few days later and I get an email and text saying there will be no dentist in the office that day either.... then I receive a text TELLING me his appt will be a month from now at 1:30....that’s not how that works. They are great with my kids but they tried to bill me for things they didn’t do. I am not going back

Had a horrible experience with my son. He bit his mouth up after it was numbed. They would not even take the time to examine his mouth the next day. We took him to Urgent Care. He was provided antibiotics and medicated mouth wash. It would have only took a few minutes to help us out.
