They are great with my kids but they tried to bill me for things they didn’t do. I am not going back

Had a horrible experience with my son. He bit his mouth up after it was numbed. They would not even take the time to examine his mouth the next day. We took him to Urgent Care. He was provided antibiotics and medicated mouth wash. It would have only took a few minutes to help us out.
Several weeks ago we came in expecting to see Dr. Angel and instead saw Dr. Goldtrap. First, I was not aware that Dr. Angel was no longer in Cabot. Second, I was not pleased with Dr. Goldtrap. He was not personable at all and my daughter (9-years-old) said she didn't like how he didn't even bother to acknowledge her.. just basically checked out her mouth with hardly saying anything to us. FYI: Dr. Angel is no longer at this location. This new dentist was not as informative as Dr. Angel. He diagnosed my child with three cavities, two of which he said needed fillings and the other needed a cap. Just six months ago he was cavity free. Everything about this exam raised red flags. My intuition said I needed a second opinion even if it meant more out of pocket costs. I found Dr. Angel at a different Leap Kids location in order to get a second opinion.
