I am a local pediatrician.My children and I are very happy for the excellent care from Dr.Moore and for the efficient front desk. The office is a very nice and kids friendly place. My daughter is 22 and still goes twice per year during her college breaks. I highly recommend Dr.Moore to my patients because I know they are going to receive very good care and they are not going to be scare. They are all very nice.
Dr. Moore is absolutely wonderful! My youngest child was afraid of going to the dentist until we visited Dr. Moore's office. My children now ask when they 'get' to go. He and Devin are a great duo! Regarding the office manager; though I too have seen her abrasiveness, Dr. Moore's expertise, patience, and re pore with the kids, makes it an easy decision for us to look beyond her and stick with this group! In case I've not been clear, he is amazing!

My daughter has been going to Dr. Moore since she was 1 1/2 and she is 12 now. She loves him and his assistant and so do I. Just the other day when we were @ his office she saw a patient that looked like a grown man. She asked Dr. Moore about him & why was a grown up in his office. Dr. Moore told her the young man wasn't ready to go to another dentist since he had been coming to him for years so he still cleans his teeth. She told me I'm going to be like that man. I'm never going to another dentist!!
We have been going to Dr. Moore for 10 years and we love him! We think his new office is great! It is just as colorful and cheerful as his old office and I really like being able to drive right up to the door. His staff has always been welcoming, friendly and kind to our family. I highly recommend Dr. Moore.
My two children have been patients of Dr. Moore for 11 and 6 years respectively. We have always be pleased with his treatment. My beautiful daughter never complained about her braces like so many children do. Neither of them fear or dread the dentist. Overall, I would say we have had an excellent experience. Keep up the good work. PS We like the new office even better.

July 16th, I experienced the poorest customer service from Dr. Moore's office since my son has been a patient over the last few years. It started out great and when I tell you Dr. Moore is an exceptional dentist, he really is. However, today and during the past year of visits, his front office staff/receptionist has displayed the most abrasive, and condescending customer service ever experienced. My daughter has been going to Dr Moore for over 7 years, I really could truly say i was very happy with his work and kindness until a situation can up with me trying to cancel an appointment. I received a voice mail message from Dr Moore staff Mrs Owens to remind me of my child's appointment from Mrs Owens. I called back the same day(winthin 24 hours) to let them know i need to cancel but got their voice mail.
