My daughter has been going to Dr Moore for over 7 years, I really could truly say i was very happy with his work and kindness until a situation can up with me trying to cancel an appointment. I received a voice mail message from Dr Moore staff Mrs Owens to remind me of my child's appointment from Mrs Owens. I called back the same day(winthin 24 hours) to let them know i need to cancel but got their voice mail. After writing my very truthful review, Dr Moore, instead of apologizing or trying to correct the problem. ... Sent me my records and a letter saying he would no longer treat my daughter. Creepy thing is I don't have my name..must have hunted me down. Or I am thinking perhaps it was the "office manager" All very weird. I think she is in total denial. Obviously the situation bothered me enough to try do do something. I really always would rather say something nice, but this was disturbing. Check out the other filtered revie... read more
