Was referred to them after dealing with a not so good dealing with a local doctor. Thankful for the referral as well as the care the office personnel gives. Thank you Leavitt Family Medicine for being understanding and helpful each and every day. I will continue to refer and watch you grow!!

The office staff is consistently rude and short. They answer their phones and immediately put you on hold. From there you either wait 5+ minutes or wait so long it transfers you to a voicemail. They don’t keep good records as I’ve been seen recently and yet they magically have no records of me being there, even though I have charges in my account and claims on my insurance site saying I’ve been here. But they “cant see it” so I’m required to come in, and pay a copay. When I called to ask for a refill on a med they told me I ... read more

We are looking for a new doctor. It seems every time I go there, I meet with a new person. This past visit the tech was great, the lady getting my blood was great but I had a new physician (actually probably a PA or Nurse Practitioner). She had no idea why I was there, what I needed or anything in my history. I have an ongoing shoulder/arm issue that I was working with my previous physician and physical therapist that she knew nothing about.

I've come to the conclusion that your office's process of treating their clients is substandard and extremely dysfunctional. I had a medical emergency and was directed to go to the ER for treatment, then call the office for a follow-up visit which was done, but never received a call back to schedule the appointment and have lab work done, my practitioner told me she was never told that I had left a message. Stay away from Leavitt family medicine. They lack integrity and only care about the $$$$$ Outside of the fact that I had been shuffled around the revolving door of RN’s that they couldn’t manage to keep in the office, I finally had seen the same RN more than twice. I called the office recently, because I was getting low on an as needed prescription.
